This is Mouse Sucks' very first musical motion picture titled "Sara's Got It (Yard Sale)". It's more of a horror flick with limited dialogue. The movie is centered around a young prostitute named Sara (maybe Sara Bareilles)..... Anyway, one night Sara ends up with some sleezy customer who wants more than what he's paying for.
