It's official! He's back and he's finally got a release date! Toronto born producer and rapper Mouse Sucks has been touring around and bringing the JustatethebootyShow to different venues since Christmas. He's been riding off of his singles "Crying At The Strip Club" and "Me af (Bae af)". This past week though, Mousey took to Instagram and revealed that his forthcoming sophomore EP 'Justatethebootyandifeelgreat' will be released on March 18th via Booty World Records. Mouse Sucks - Crying At The Strip Club

*grabs tissue* Mouse Sucks is back! Just days before his 22nd birthday, the Canadian producer/rapper decided to release a new single called "Crying At The Strip Club"... Not the typical agenda for most people headed to see some asses on the pole.
The track reflects on not only how life changes but how the people around you change and instead of hanging his nose in the air, Mouse just decides to cry about it.

Mouse Sucks - Tila Flame

Mouse Sucks is back and rapping his ass off on this new track Tila Flame which he took some time to perform Live for us last night. There's no word as to whether this is going to be on a project but he did mention Casting Couch again so at least we know there IS a project coming.

Canadian pop star Mouse Sucks brought some consciousness to the internet this morning when he released a produced version of poetry star Jasmine Mans' piece "I Know You Didn't Mean To Kill Him". The sample in the back is from Carrie Underwood's song "Two Black Cadillacs"...
There's not yet any word on what Mouse is planning to do with this song but for now, you can download it at the link below and play it whenever you want to hear Jasmine Mans over a chopped sample.

Capital Ode x Shawn K x Mouse Sucks - "Where's Jarett?" EP

Finally!!! The Brooklyn trio Capital Ode, Shawn K and Mouse Sucks have released their joint EP "Where's Jarett?"... It's supposedly an attempt to find their lost friend Jarett. Lord knows where he is and why he dresses like Waldo but hopefully they find him. If you were tuned in to earlier episodes of whatever show this is, then you've heard "No Love" and "Two Boob Theory" but the other tracks on the tape are definitely worth a listen as well. And there may or may not be a surprise or two in there somewhere... Check it out  :-)

Brooklyn trio Capital Ode, Shawn K and Mouse Sucks released another single from their upcoming project the "Where's Jarett?" EP that's slated to release on December 20th. The track's title is "Two Boob Theory"...... I was never taught this in school  :-(   Why don't these guys teach at my school? I'd take their class every semester!!! Talking about boobs is amazing and not only did they do a great job of making a boob song, they also covered lots of ground in other areas.... Don't ask me what areas but know that they did... *looks around*.. Would you just listen to the damn song already? Geesh

Mice People - "My Lovely Classmates" (Album)

Holy moly! Mice People is back!!! Their 3rd album "My Lovely Classmates" just hit the net and as they promised, production from Sailor Moon and Mouse Sucks  :-o  .. ON EVERY SINGLE BEAT!! The basic concept of the album is reflecting on classmates that they had crushes on in school. It's a very revealing album and definitely a good listen.... lol. The last song "Thank God For Letting Me Sit Next To Ania" is truly a work of art as well as the intro "Bad Day At Bedford". Mouse Sucks Meets Rihanna and Scores a Girlfriend

Mouse Sucks has been caught out on a late night rendezvous with singer/actress/goddess Rihanna .... at Best Buy  :-/  Maybe we'll get a remix to "Rihanna's Box" with her on it in the near future.

Mouse Sucks also scored a New Girlfriend recently so expect some more poppy lovey dovey songs as well

I woke up at about 3 in the morning and raced around the house getting ready to go out to the city and wait in the freezing cold at Best Buy to not only buy Rihanna's 7th album "Unapologetic" (which I believe the titled was inspired by the Charles Hamilton song "Unapologetic" but anyway), also to get a VIP pass to meet the modern day goddess at her signing event in NYC  :-)  ... 2012 was one quick year. Here we are once again on Charles Hamilton day! November 10th. I met Charles twice this year. Once when he was DJ'ing at Garfield's Lounge and again at his show at SOB's.. Pretty cool if you ask me but anyway.. Let's take today to honor the great musician and thank him for putting out tons of music for his fans and celebrate another year of the Hamiltonization Process. Here's KiD CuDi's new video for "Just What I Am" with Chip tha Ripper a.k.a King Chip. I must say that CuDi is a great friend for hooking Chip up with a spot on the #1 hip hop song on iTunes and finally getting back to shooting videos. This one was even directed by Cudder. There's a nice illuminati slip in there at some point and you get to see Steve Aoki and Dot The Genius. Great video and now I'm ultra excited for "Indicud" to drop.... Also, congratulations to President Obama on his win.

Mice People - "And Then They Played Sonic" (Album)

Mice People is back with their sophmore album on SoundCloud Records titled "And Then They Played Sonic". The title is paying respect to former Interscope artist Charles Hamilton who released a mixtape called "And Then They Played Dilla" which was paying respect to the late great J Dilla... A long series of paying respect lol. Mice People's debut album "Bent Out Of Shape" did a good job of introducing the band to the world and allowing them to establish themselves as this edgy but soulful collective. Although this album doesn't include the executive producing genius of Jay Z and 50 Cent like the debut, "And Then They Played Sonic" is just as edgy but alot more politically opinionated. On the song "Shame On Romney", Mice People bashes the Presidential Candidate and also on the song "Blu Cantrell", Mice People speaks on the situation of Jay Z's relationship with Blu Cantrell and naming his daughter with Beyonce after Blu.... Bold... A personal favorite on the album would have to be the song "Ill WIll". Mice People's ability to sneak songs like this onto edgy projects is just amazing. Mice People - "Bent Out Of Shape" (Album)

I'd feel foolish saying "Album of the year" for Mice People's debut album under Soundcloud Records but it's very impressive. The album is titled "Bent Out Of Shape" and was obviously written through some sort of depression or anger. Sources say that Jay Z and 50 Cent played the roles of executive producers on the album and we all know they have the ability to make a classic album. Mice People's style is similar to that of a early Mouse Sucks. It would be completely awesome for them to work on some music in the future. My favorite tracks on the album have to be "The Love Song To End All Love Songs" and "Franny's Onion Rings". This is a truly creative album and apparently Mice People's final album in their contract with Soundcloud Records. XXL Magazine posted an article saying they might sign with Roc Nation. Let's just wait and see where the talented free agents go from here.

Lupe Fiasco - Lamborghini Angels

This has to be like the greatest week in music. EVER!. And it's only Monday. Yesterday KiD CuDi dropped a fresh jam from Indicud titled "Just What I Am" and now Lupe Fiasco releases his 3rd single from Food & Liquor 2 : The Great American Rap Album. The track is called "Lamborghini Angels" .... not to be confused with the song "Mercy" which goes "Lamborghini Mercy" by Kanye West and his G.O.O.D music team. Hopefully there's no beef between the two members of CRS. But anyway, the new single from Lupe is kinda reminicent of the Chicago legend on his sophmore album "The Cool". I may need to listen to it a few more times to catch onto any hidden messages but I'm totally digging the new track.
